TOOELE COUNTY ACTIVE TRANSPORTATION IMPLEMENTATION PLAN

TOOELE VALLEY, UTAH

Township + Range is working with Tooele County and Wasatch Front Regional Council to lead a plan to create and implement a vision for active transportation in Tooele Valley. The County seeks to connect its growing communities and destinations for people walking and cycling. The plan achieves this vision by creating development requirements for paths and bike lanes as well as street connectivity as well as identifying some near-term “quick win” projects. The plan also leverages the County Transportation Plan’s context-based street type system to create flexible facility guidance.
