WASATCH BOULEVARD MASTER PLAN

COTTONWOOD HEIGHTS, UTAH

Township + Range is working with the City of Cottonwood Heights and Wasatch Front Regional Council to lead a plan to guide the future of the Wasatch Boulevard corridor in Cottonwood Heights. This corridor is a vital commuting route and runs through residential neighborhoods while also providing primary access to the Cottonwood canyons in the Wasatch Mountains. The multi-disciplinary team first identified seven corridor goals, then undertook a comprehensive corridor study to determine the existing and projected future achievement of those goals. The team is currently developing alternative scenarios of street design, network improvements, preservation, and placemaking.
